Quotes and orders

A cart submission is a request, not an accepted order. Product, configuration, stock, pricing, tax, shipping, payment, and delivery are final only when confirmed by Misieco in writing.

Product information

Images, packaging, descriptions, and item references may change. Dental professionals are responsible for confirming compatibility, indications, instructions for use, and applicable requirements before use.

Payments

Approved invoices may offer major cards, PayPal, Venmo, ACH or bank transfer, Zelle, check, cash, or deposit options. Available methods depend on the order. The website does not automatically charge a payment method.

FDA and professional-use terms

Clinical products identified as “Professional-use product” are offered only to licensed dental or medical professionals and authorized healthcare purchasers. The buyer must follow the exact manufacturer label and instructions for use (IFU).

FDA device class and prescription status are not the same thing. Under 21 CFR 801.109, prescription-device labeling depends on the exact device and its required labeling. A website photo that does not show “Rx Only” does not establish that a product is available for consumer self-treatment. Misieco does not describe an exact item as FDA approved, FDA cleared, or Rx Only unless its own documentation supports that statement.

Generic FDA classifications include dental burs as Class I, air-powered dental handpieces as Class I, endosseous implant abutments as Class II, and synthetic bone-grafting materials as Class II. Class I status or a 510(k) exemption does not by itself mean a product is appropriate for home use.
