Shipping and delivery
For U.S. standard shipping, orders under $39 have a $13 delivery fee, orders from $39 to $124.99 have an $8 fee, and orders of $125 or more ship free after discounts. International shipping is never free and is quoted by Sales before you approve.
U.S. standard shipping rates
The subtotal is calculated before taxes. Typical delivery is about 2–3 business days after dispatch, with up to 5 business days as the expected maximum. Sales confirms stock and timing in your quote; a request is not an order.
International delivery
Send Sales your destination and product list for a shipping quote. International shipping is always paid and is not free at the $125 U.S. threshold. Sales confirms whether each item can be shipped, the delivery charge, estimated timing, taxes and import duties. You can approve or decline the quote before any order proceeds.
Same-day hand delivery in New York City
Customers in New York City may request same-day hand delivery. Availability depends on stock, the delivery address, route, and timing. Sales confirms availability, any delivery fee, payment arrangement, and delivery window before accepting the request; this service is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Selected New Jersey and Long Island addresses
Same-day hand delivery may be available at selected addresses in New Jersey and Long Island. Contact Sales with your full address, ZIP code, items and timing needs. Sales confirms availability and any delivery fee before you approve.
Local pickup
Pickup is available by appointment. Sales confirms stock, pickup location, time and payment arrangements before you travel.
No unexpected charges
Sending a cart request does not charge a card or commit you to an order. Sales confirms product details, shipping, taxes and payment before you decide. You can decline the written quote.
