Worldwide shipping

Misieco ships dental and surgical instruments, implants, consumables, and specialty products throughout the United States and worldwide. International rates, carrier options, duties, taxes, documentation, product restrictions, and delivery timing are quoted and confirmed for each order before payment.

U.S. shipping

Free standard shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders with an approved merchandise total of $125 or more. Oversize, hazardous, refrigerated, special-order, manufacturer-direct, and unusually heavy items may be excluded; any exception is shown before payment.

Local delivery and service coverage

Free same-day hand delivery can be requested for New York City addresses. It is cash only and requires owner approval after checking the full address, stock, route and timing. A ZIP-code match is a preliminary check, not a delivery guarantee. We call to agree on the full cash total and delivery window before confirming. Approved local delivery has a $0 delivery fee; the supplies are paid for in cash upon arrival.

If same-day delivery is unavailable

Your request remains uncharged. We contact you to discuss standard shipping, another delivery date, or cancellation. Any shipping fee and payment method require your agreement before the order proceeds. No card is charged or placed on hold through the cart. New Jersey and other destinations can request shipping or contact Sales for available options.
