Information you choose to provide

When you send a pricing request, cart, or contact Sales, Misieco uses the submitted name, business, phone or email, full delivery address, product selections, and notes to answer your request, prepare a quote, deliver an order, and provide service.

Cart and request information

The storefront saves your cart in your browser and keeps a contact draft only for the current browser session. A pricing request sent through this website is stored in Misieco's protected sales inbox. Text, email, and WhatsApp are separate communication options governed by those services. You can remove cart items or clear the cart at any time.

Marketing choice

Product updates are optional and require a separate choice. You may ask to unsubscribe at any time. Quote and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete your request.

Website operations

The hosting service may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Misieco uses aggregated, approximate country and U.S. state activity totals to understand demand; it does not store raw visitor IP addresses in its dashboard. Misieco does not sell personal information. Payment card details are not collected on the storefront.

Inquiry notifications and spam prevention

Submitted inquiries are stored in a protected business inbox. When configured, our email service sends the inquiry details to Misieco Sales and our text service alerts the business phone. These alerts are not marketing messages to visitors. Delivery providers process the information needed to send them. Short-lived, keyed technical identifiers help limit repeated submissions; raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. The owner can permanently delete inquiry records from the protected inbox. Please do not submit patient information or payment card details.

Customer accounts and local delivery

When email sign-in is available, we send a one-time code to verify your email address. Our email provider processes that address and message to deliver the code. Codes expire after ten minutes. A secure sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out. If you choose to save your details, your verified email, name, practice, phone and delivery address are stored in your account for future requests. Account sign-in is optional.

Local delivery requests include the full address, phone, cash-payment agreement and the owner's delivery decision. We use these details to confirm a cash total and delivery window or discuss alternatives with you. Signing up and requesting delivery do not subscribe you to marketing. Contact Sales to request correction or deletion of your account and stored details.
