Returns and warranty help
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. We also review defect, damage, and order-error claims reported within 30 days. Contact Misieco for instructions.
30-day returns
Contact Misieco within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. The 30-day defect-support window applies to products we supply. Change-of-mind returns are available for eligible stock items that are unused, unopened, untampered, unexpired, and in original resalable packaging. Opened or sterile products and custom-ordered items are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. A qualifying defect, damage, or order error can still be reviewed for those items.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives broken, is defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos or a description of the problem. Opening a product to discover a defect does not automatically disqualify the claim. We may ask for photos, lot details, or an inspection to determine whether the issue is covered. If confirmed, we arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund; if a claim is declined, we explain the reason. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects, shipment damage or errors on our part.
30-day limited defect support
Our 30-day limited warranty supports defects and problems attributable to the product or our fulfillment. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized alterations, improper storage, accidental damage after delivery or normal wear. Any longer manufacturer warranty or applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Return approval and shipping
Get written return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. We may refuse returns that do not meet this policy, including used or tampered items without a qualifying defect. Approved refunds or replacements are arranged after inspection; we explain the resolution before proceeding. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
